Danielle David Parks

Danielle serves as the Head of Talent at Canapi responsible for working with our portfolio companies on a range of people strategy and talent initiatives.

Prior to Canapi, Danielle spent nearly four years as a Partner and Head of Talent at Material, a venture studio. While at Material, she co-founded four companies, serving as de facto Head of People responsible for managing CEO and executive recruiting in addition to advising on talent strategy, development, performance evaluation, compensation structure, and other people-related issues. Earlier in her career, Danielle gained operator experience at a variety of early-stage companies and Google.

Danielle earned a Master of Science in Management from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
